The amount raised will go directly to procure a Mindray DC-30 Color Doppler Ultrasound  machine to be used in assisting mothers in their deliveries of babies in the labour room of the Emergency department.  This machine will be hand delivered by one of the co-founders of Help Me! Projects to Civil Hospital, Karachi.
